Fortunately, healthy foods

Fortunately, healthy foods are safe and guilt-free for me. Try to congratulate yourself on providing your body with the nutrients that it needs. Brush up on dietary requirements and vitamin and mineral needs. Even if you still feel guilty eating high-fat and high-sugar foods, remember that your body still really needs fibers, proteins, calcium, and other important elements to survive. The mypyramid.gov site is really useful for that kind of information.
What kind of thoughts are going through your head when you feel guilty? Are you focusing on calories still? There are a lot of foods that have nothing in them but nutrients your body needs, like raw broccoli or carrot sticks. When you eat them, focus on all of the useful things you are giving yourself to live!

Even healthy foods aren't

Even healthy foods aren't safe for me- apples, salad. My biggest problem is letting food digest. I get anxious - and when food is in my stomach- I get more anxious- so i purge in attempt to feel better.

I feel......

@Texan...you are absolute right & I hear your words..as an educated person..I know you are right...but I just feel fat when I eat anything..I stick to healthy stuff (on 11th day of no b/p) I still weigh myself all day every day (I know I shouldn't) & I have actually lost weight...but still cannot escape myself from my own mind........ : (

@celinabea.....We are just alike in this area...I could eat an apple or a salad...completely plain....& still feel the desire to be "empty" I just hate this.....but I do keep trying! Even eating healthy at the end of the day..if I have eatin..I feel anxious....

Thank you both for taking your time to help me..

Find a healthy weight according to your height and remember that weight fluctuates by 2-3 pounds in either direction. You may never attain your ideal weight due to it being unrealistically low, but is weighing a few pounds less, worth the cost of disturbed eating habits?
