Been bulemic for a year now and haen't had my period since a couple of days ago. Do any of you hae a period? Does it usually stop when you are an actie bulemic? (I don't hae the letter that looks like a "U" on my keyboard.

I neer went to the doctor because I was afriad he would know that I was Bullemic and tell my parents. No one knows about my problems except for me.... I try not to let it effect anything else... but it does.

I hate it when people comment on how I hae it all together... but little do they know about this demon that beats me up inside...

Gosh. SO frustrating. I wish I could just stop. Foreer. And say fuck you eating disorder you ar eout of my life.

I wonder if I will eer be normal again.

I hate hate hate how I feel AFTER I binge and purge. It gets me down for the rest of the day.

Wheneer I B&P I make excuses of why I can't go out or why I can't talk on the phone. It's almost like I am so ashamed of myself I don't want anyone else to see me knowing that this is who I was today.

I just B& P an hour ago and I looked at myself in the mirror and was like, "Are you fucking kidding me! WHY WHY WHY!!" Trigger foods definitely get me.

I hate when you think that you're "cured' so you begin to buy your yummiest foods then you come home and totally upset yourself. Why do we do that? Do we think we can control it?

I tried to stop myself in the middle of a binge before and literally I was telling myself Stop stop stop... but my head wasn't agreeing with the other side of me.

I don't care about my weight as much and I just don't want this compulsie thinking to continue.

Richy's Recovery Tips

Structured eating is only to be used as a tool to get you started on the path to recovery. The ultimate goal is to use your intuition to tell you when, what and how much you should eat.

punkrocklibrarian » showme Hey lady trousers, how are you doing? Thanks for adding me. I hope you're doing well with your recovery. Don't let things like fluid retention or weight gain hinder you. What does it matter anyway? It doesn't change who you are. Self acceptance is the only way to full recovery - accepting yourself at any size - and surely you can see you deserve full recovery, a decent life and lasting happiness, regardless of how many stupid calories you eat?
