My Recovery

amandydf's picture

Well... I am going on four days of recovery. I have not binged nor purged ... I followed a very healthy structured diet. I know that everything I put into my diet is very healthy and nothing a normal person would gain weight from. I am just having a down day mentally I guess. I feel so unattractive. I notice my stomach is huge during the day to the point where it is noticeable. I feel embarassed to go to school because it is so noticeable just from last week!! They must think wow she put on weight fast. I just want to know if this big belly is mine to stay or it is going to change ... I DUNNO I am just feeling hopeless to look like this forever!!!!!!!! I dont know the difference between a bloat and fat.. I mean I always feel uncomfortable after eating which is normal now.

Good Job!! You should be so

Good Job!! You should be so proud of yourself. =) I know what you mean about the continuously being bloated thing too. I've had it so bad where i swear I look pregnant. But we're our own worst critics and It will get better eventually your body is just trying to adjust.

thank you... I just feel so alone. Because everyone around me has never had this and just doesnt understand to them its just like eat. They think I should just sit down and eat. I was just freaking out because I seem to not be able to fit comfortably in my clothes and its only four days.... I mean what happens in seven days ? !
