Anybody down to start this up? By having someone to check in with on a daily basis, I think I'll be more inclined to ACTUALLY start making changes and taking this seriously. I know I'm in the right frame of mind now, but I really wanna do this right this time. My number's on my page (I'm in Canada). I'm switching phones this week cos my texts sometimes get screwed up. But I am on Facebook religiously so please do not hesitate at all to add me.

I agree. I could check here most evenings. It would be good to have someone to tell if I have a good day, who appreciates JUST HOW HARD IT IS. and who will totally 100% understand if I relapse. Just knowing that there is someone to talk to/email makes such a difference.
I think there are many times where I'm far more inclined to jump on facebook and not on here- My thinking is that if we have recovery everywhere (fb, msn, texts, etc.) it'll be more a part of our lives and harder to try and dodge the bullet on. I know myself well enough, and having to be accountable on a higher level will make me more apt to be responsible and stay on the right track. Whatever works for you gals- we could even designate this thread as a check in?
this morning I attempted my bran cereal and ended up going crazy, and adding 3 more bowls to the equation, and then... well, yeah. The feeling of having stuff other than safe foods in my stomach makes me anxious.
Afternoon, I was gonna try and shit out and just drink tea, but thanks to Tierney (my lifesaver) I went to my car and got my lunch.
After school I normally would just go all out and binge like a mofo but I went for a walk, journaled some thoughts and got in touch /w my counselor. But I was still trying to avoid dinner and then just eventually ended up binging. BUT! This binge was significantly smaller than any other binge I've had and I was able to stop going, all though I did purge :( Still, there was success in the day. And for that, I'm stoked!
