Hey I made this account awhile back but haven't used it. I think I'll give it a shot. About me? I'm 19 years old and have battled disordered eating since I was about 13. I changed my life when I was 16 and decided I needed help. Ever since, I've been in and out of school and various treatment centers. I'm technically diagnosed as having Anorexia-purging type, but my eating disorder has swayed twords bulimia more at some points in life and anorexia at others. Through my years I've found the symptoms of bulimia most addictive and hard to overcome. I know my body has suffered a lot but sometimes am in denial about this. I finally am enrolled in a school again and am working towards getting a diploma in June. BUT my eating disorder is gaining in strength again and making school very difficult. I'm isolating. Unable to get a job. Only spending money on food. Loosing weight. Having intense joint pain. Feeling crazy.
Something needs to change. I cant keep this up. Looking for support. Hi:)

Don't fake it! Too much time and energy is wasted try to hide our negative self image from the world. If you felt totally safe, felt no fear, and no one was watching, who would you be? Is this the true you?
