Improving your intuition

You now have to start listening to what your body is telling you.

At the beginning this will be difficult because your mind was used to doing all the hard work. You may have desperately wanting a cheese sandwich one day but you mind was saying 'cheese and carbohydrates can’t be eaten together because it’s Monday'.

To build your intuition you can't let your head rule what you eat and have to start listening and understanding what your body is really wanting.

An obstacle that will stand in your way initially granting yourself permission to eat

This mean allowing yourself the foods your had previously stuck ‘good’ and ‘bad’ stickers on and all the forbidden foods you told yourself you must not eat.

This deprivation is standing is blocking your intuition.

By giving your yourself permission to eat all foods, you are taking away a deprived feeling, this feeling does not go away and will always makes you think you are missing out and even make you think more about what you are missing out on.

At the beginning these ‘deprived’ foods may walk all over any attempts of your intuition making progress. You may find yourself gorging and binging because you never want it to end. If you tell yourself it will never end can help. They are always there and you can have them whenever you ‘feel’ like having them.

Your intuition will soon take over and you will become more aware that you actually don't ‘feel’ like eating the previously deprived food as much as you thought you would. The craving will be dramatically curbed because you have not been denying yourself and you will know when you really feel like eating it and when you don’t.
